Engine 101 from a different district was dispatched before my engine (Engine 601) but we arrived ahead of them due to some crafty, heads-up dispatching efforts by my crew. 
A fantastic Air-Tanker show over the permanent and semi-permanent hunting shacks of Sportsman's Paradise near Dufur, OR.
The North side of the line with hose from E601 deployed via Gasner Hose Packs.
Shawn uncoiling inch hose to do some direct attack in the short stubby trees.
Two Air-Tankers attended as well as their smaller counterparts - the "Lead Planes" who guide the tanker in on its bombing run.
Got some retardent stains on my shirt from this photograph.
Good shots of an Air-Tanker doing its work are hard to get but I lucked out and got this shot on his last run of the day!
